Resolution deolaring result of Eond eleotion.
The Board of Trustees of the Oity of 8eal Beaoh do resolve
as ~d.l.lows:
First: Whereas~ a spectial eleotion was duly held in the
City of Seal ~eaoh on the 12th day of November,1917,at wb~h
eleotion two propositione were voted upon b.v the eleotors of
said Oity of Beal Beach, to~wit:
(a) PROPOSITION
Shall the City of S~l Beaoh inour a bonded debt
in the sum of Forty-five thousand Dollars ($45.000.00)
for the acquisition,oonstruction and oompletion by the
City of Seal Beaoh'of a oertain revenue producing muni-
oipal improvement, to-wit: Water Works for supplying ths
City and its inhabitants with water, including the ao-
quisiiion of landoarights of way,maohinerYaP1pes,appar-
atus,wells,pipe lines,mainsalaterals,meters and attach-
~nts,and other Horke n~~essary therefor?
(b) PROPOSPl!@pbJ'.
Shall the City of 8eal Feach incur a bonded debt
in the sum of Forty-five thousand Dollars ($45.000.00)
for the aoquisition,construotion a~ oompletion by the
City of Seal Beaoh of a oertain municipal improvement,
to~it:A sewer System in said city,including all pipes,
pipe lines,main8,laterals,oonnections,attacbments,man-
hOles,machinery,septic tanks,property,apparatus,and app-
liances necessary or convenient for the purpose of prop-
erly and sanitarily disposing of the sewage of the City
of Seal Beach?
Whereas, the Board of Election/which conducted said special
eleotion,has duly certified tne rDturns of said eleotion to
this Board of TrusteesJ and
Whereas,this Board of Trustees has duly and legally oanvassed
the returns of .saId election,and asoertained the result there-
of
NO\7ltHEREFORE ,
Second:The said Board of Trustees finds and hereby deolares

the vote upon the said proposition firet above mentioned,to-
wit: The proposition of incurring a bonded dD~t by the City
of Seal Beach in the sum of Forty-five thousand Dollars
(t45.000.00),for the aoquisition,construction and Completion
by the City of Seal ~each of a certain revenue producing muni~
oipal 1mprovement,to-wit: Water Works for supplYing the city

more than two-thirds of all the voters voting at said special
election were in favor of said proposition,and that the issuance
of bonds of said City in the s~ of FortyQfive ThousBnd Dollars
for said purpose, i$ duly authorized by said election.
third: that the Board of Trustees of the City of Seal ~each,
finds and hereby declares the vote upon the second proposition
herein mentioned, to-wit:The proposition of incurrirg a bonded
debt by the City of Seal ~each in the sum of Forty-five Thousand
Dollars ($45.000.00),for the acquisition,construction and oom-
pletion by the Oity of Seal ~each of a certain municipal improve
ment, to-wit: A sewer Syetem in said city, inoluding all pipes,
pipe lines, mains, laterals, conr.ections, at taohments, man-holes ,
machinery,septic tanks,property,apparatus,and appliaaoes necess-
