RESOLUTION NUMBER 5701
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH APPROVING THE COMPLETION OF THE SEAL BEACH
BOULEVARD AND ST. CLOUD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
STUDY
WHEREAS, The Orange County Transportation Authority approved a Combined
Transportation Funding Program including $45,000 for fiscal year 05/06 for an
intersection improvement project on Seal Beach Boulevard from Lampson
Avenue to St. Cloud.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The council hereby approves the completion of the Seal Beach
Boulevard and St. Cloud Intersection Improvement Study.
Section 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to submit a Final Report
on the project within 120 days of this project's acceptance to the Orange County
Transportation Authority for final reimbursement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of April , 2008 by the
following vote:
