RESOLUTION NUMBER 5707
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH D. MICHAEL HAMNER FOR THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT RENOVATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, current budget assigned Capital Improvement funds to Renovate
the Police Department; and
I
WHEREAS, staff sent out a Request for Proposals and selected a Architect
based upon qualifications, experience and cost; and
WHEREAS, D. Michael Hamner Architect has submitted a proposal to provide
the desired services to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves that certain Professional Services
Agreement with D. Michael Hamner Architect dated March 10, 2008 under which
Hamner will provide plans and specifications to renovate the Police Department,
911 Seal Beach Boulevard.
Section 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the
agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of April, 2008 by the
following vote:
