ThIs hearing was to consider amending Ordinance 6289 Section 1000,

Avila moved that the Planning Commission "oomuond to the 01ty Council
that Ordinance 628 be amended b7 the addition of the above perogxoaph.

Item II. Public Hearing
Th1s hearing was to conslde~ amending Ordinance 620, Jection 1713,
Item (1), Sub-Item (b) II Size of parking spaces tor slngle...,fOt11l7

moved that the Planning Coumiss10n recolamend the adoption of the
amendment to the CitJ' CounoilSl Ih-. 'ruIning seconded and the I'1ot10n
passed unanimouslr bY' those members present.

This hearing was scheduled to consider the requost of Hr. Ualter

unit. A tentatlve date tor a public hearing on this subject uas

The commission members were advised of a special meeting on the 30th
01' Decenber ~dth three public hoarlngs on the aeenda.
