1. Public Hearings

Secretary Neprud received the application for the addition of a 2 bedroom unit aad
replacement amX'Qge on prop~rty containing a single family residence in the R...2 zone.
The matter was continued so the applicaDt could submit revised plans which would
eliminate a number of variances in thta originml application. The revised plans ehCV;)'
parking in a car port with variance request for tandem parking and less than required
frollllt and int~rior side yards (aietl;ing). Hearing open. Carl In1in, 3631 Atlantic

applications to construct under the old GeDeral Plan would be in conflict with the
direction of the recently adopted Land Use Element.
Cook stated that he was basically opposed to car po~ts due to their adverse visual
influence on neighboring propertieso
Public Bearing closedo Ripperdan moved to approve V-29-73 with tb~ conditions that
(1) existing curb cut be restored, (2) wall be constructed ~ the carport adjacent
to Landing Avenue, (3) Land Use Agreement limiting units to 2p holding parking open
and annual inspection seconded by Cook and passed unanimously by members present.
