MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF DECEMBER 5. 1973
The Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach met in regular session on
Wednesday, December 5. 1973, in the Council Chamber of the City Administration
Building 0 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Knapp at 7 :30 pomo as
