He also quest10ned some prov1s10ns related to Surfs1de. Mr R1pperdan quest10ned the art1cle on tandem park1ng and power of Plann1ng D1rector Quest10ns were also ra1.sed on the 1ssue of 10% landscap1ng be1ng reduced to 5%, auto~at1c curb cuts and f1l1ng fees. Assurance of 1n1t1a1 bU11d1ng perm1ts for the proJect. Seconded by Mr R1pperdan and passed unanimously. Reso1ut10n No 872 5 Report from Secretary Update from Redeve10pement ~gency The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power would have 50 s1ng1e un1t dwe111ngs and a three acre park Cha1rman Lann1ng recessed the meet1ng in order for plans to be observed by the Comm1SS10n and aud1ence Cha1rman Lann1ng recalled the meet1ng back to order Suggest10ns were made that the park be moved closer to the beach so more of the pub11c would have use of it.
