HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Res 5767 2008-07-28RESOLUTION NUMBER 5767 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING THE 2008 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE WHEREAS, the Pavement Management Program (PMP) is a planning tool used by the City to identify pavement maintenance and resurfacing needs within the City; and WHEREAS, the PMP explores the existing street network system, the pavement condition assessment, criteria for maintenance and rehabilitation, maintenance history, recommended improvements and funding analysis; and WHEREAS, the City regularly updates the PMP every two years, reassessing the street network and updating pavement resurfacing strategies in an effort to maintain and improve the City's streets. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: Section 1. The 2008 Pavement Management Plan Update is hereby adopted.
