A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2005-257 ALSO
KNOWN AS 400 MARINA DRIVE
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 2005-257 which establishes the residential
development for the subdivision of one (1) existing lot, 0.31 acres in size into four
(4) separate lots, with a minimum parcel size of 2,937.5 square feet. The subject
lot is located at 400 Marina Drive and has been reviewed by the County of Orange
County Surveyor, and the City of Seal Beach City Surveyor for compliance with all
required Subdivision Map Act requirements, and has been reviewed by the City of
Seal Beach City Engineer, and the City of Seal Beach Director of Development
Services for compliance with all conditions of approval of Tentative Parcel Map No.
2005-257; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the lot being subdivided, Mr. And Mrs. Alan Schendener,
has agreed with the conditions of approval and has requested the approval of
Parcel Map No. 2005-257; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer is recommending approval of Parcel Map No. 2005-
257.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 2005-257.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is instructed to execute Parcel
Map No. 2005-257 as required and to forward executed Parcel Map No. 2005-
257 to the County of Orange for further processing and recording as required.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Seal Beach, at a
meeting hereof held on the 11th day of August , 2008 by the following vote:
