The meeting of llay 9,1960 was called to order by Ray Boeger at
7:40 PaK. those prese~t were,

Norman Hilson
Ben Rapp
The minutes OfQ~1, 1960 meeting were approved as read.
A letter was read from riday, Pool, and. I;oore, At!;orneys at
Law, requesting advise on zoning and variances needed for
walk-in and drive-in theatres.
After a thorough discussion the Secretary was requested to
acknm'1ledge and advise Tiday, Pool and I100re 0
Hearing regarding variances on the Hinson property, protested
by Vera t~ait~, Frank Thomson, c.n(l Eonty ~~~
~~. Buck, City Attorney, explained due to defected plans there
could not be an official hearing. At Lr. 'Buck's suggestion the
Plann~ng COmMission Board offered 1~. Nick Govus, representing
Hr. Hinson, the opportunity of presenting an amendatory request
for a neu hearing without additi.onal fee and 'tlas instructed to get
his request immediatly ih order that the 30CTQ miznt have a spec-
i.al meeting I:ay 23, 1960.
