DUI"~i:.X INTO A TWO-UNIT CONDOMINIUM THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH HEREBY RESOLVES: WHEREAS, an application was filed by Joyce Ross, 11091 Seal Way for CUP 5-84; and WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 27, Block 1, Bay City Tract and is more commonly known as 127 2nd Street; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to convert an existing duplex into a two-unit condominium, with a homeowner's associa- tion and CC&R's for the building; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the project in sub- stantial compliance with Planning Commission Policy Resolution No. 1162, concerning conversion of apartments to condominiums; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conversion is compatible with surrounding land uses, the community in general and the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CUP 5-84 subject to the following conditions: 1. Submission of CC&R's for review and approval by the City Attorney prior to recordation. 2. Approval of CUP subject to approval of Tentative Parcel Map 83-1002. 3. Compliance with attached Tenant Consideration Plan. 4. Compliance with attached Planning Future Amenity Plan. PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 21st day of March , 1984 by the following vote: , AYES: Commissioners Goldenberg, Covington, Jessner NOES: Commissioners None ABSENT: Commissioners Perrin, t1urphy ..-~ . onHnlssion
