RESOLUTION NUMBER 1290
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING CUP-11-83 FOR THE CONVERSION OF TWO DUPLEXES
INTO A FOUR-UNIT CONDOMINIUM
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, an application was filed by Joyce Ross, 1109t Seal Way for CUP-
11-83; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lots 27 & 29, Block 1, Bay City
Tract and is more commonly known as 127 & 129 2nd Street; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to convert two existing duplexes into a four-
unit condominium, with individual homeowner's associations and
CC&R's for each buidding; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the project in substantial compliance
with Policy Resolution No. 1162, concerning conversion of apartments
to condominiums; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conversion is
compatible with surrounding land uses, the community in general
and the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
approve CUP-11-83 subject to the following conditions:
1. Submission of CC&R's for review and approval by City attorney
prior to recordation.
2. Approval of CUP subject to approval of Tentative Parcel Map 83-
1002.
3. Compliance with attached Tenant Consideration Plan
4. Compliance with attached Planning Future Amenity Plan
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 1st day of June
1983 by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioner(s) Covington, Jessner, Goldenberg
NOES: Commissioner(s) None
