HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Res 1319 - 1984-04-04 . 4t RESOLUTION NUMBER 1319 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CUP 6-84 FOR THE CONVERSION OF A DUPLEX INTO A TWO-UNIT CONDOMINIUM THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH HEREBY RESOLVES: WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS. WHEREAS, WHEREAS, an application was filed by John James and Joan Carole Klisanin, 1405 Catalina Avenue, Seal Beach, California for CUP 6-84; and the property is described as a subdivision of Lot 32, Block 4, Bay City Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, Page 19, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California and is more commonly known as 132 4th Street; and the proposal is to convert an existing duplex into a two-unit condominium, witha-homeowner's association and CC&R's for the building; and the Planning Commission finds the prpject in substantial compliance with Planning Commission Policy Resolution No. 1162, concerning conversion of apartments to condo- miniums; and the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conversion is compatible with surrounding land uses, the community in general and the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CUP 6-84 subject to the following conditions: 1. Submission of CC&R's for review and approval by the City Attorney prior to recordation. 2. Approval of CUP subject to approval of Tentative Parcel Map 83-1007. 3. Compliance with attached Tenant Consideration Plan. 4. Compliance with attached Planning Future Amenity Plan. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 4th day of April , 1984 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners GOldenbpr.g, ,lpc:c:nprJ CO\lin9tor:l Commissioners None Commissioners Perrin
