A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CUP 8-84 FOR
ON-SALE BEER AND WINE LICENSE FOR STAN ANDERSON -
RICHARD D. GRACE AT 102$ PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY
(SEAL BEACH CENTER)
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Stan Anderson and
Richard D. Grace, 632 Balboa Drive, Seal Beach, California;
and
WHEREAS, the property is located in the Seal Beach Center at
1025 Pacific Coast Highway; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as that certain parcel of
land in the City of Seal Beach, County of Orange,
Lot 161 of Tract 2591 as per Map recorded in Map Book
83, Pages 14 to 18 inclusive in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
On-Sale Beer and Wine in conjunction with a new restaurant
(Stan Anderson and Richard D. Grace) at 1025 Pacific
Coast Highway; and
WHEREAS, other restaurant operations in the Seal Beach Center
have been compatible with surrounding land uses; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Corrmission
of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Conditional Use
Permit 8-84 subject to the following conditions:
1) CUP is approved for on-sale beer and wine at 1025
Pacific Coast Highway and issued to Stan Anderson
and Richard D. Grace.
2) That all alcoholic beverages shall be consumed
entirely within the building.
3) That the applicant shall comply with all restrictions
placed on their license by the State Department
of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
4) CUP issued is non-transferable.
5) There shall be no alcoholic beverage advertising
display devices located in the window areas.
6) To be reviewed by staff at the end of one year.
7) No sale of alcoholic beverages after 11:00 p.m.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Ccmnission of the
Ci ty of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 2nd day
of May , 1984 by the following vote:
AYES: Corrmissioners Goldenberg, Jessner, Covington, Perrin, Hunt
NOES: Commissioners None
ABSENT: Ccmnissioners None
