RESOLUTION NWMBER_l328 A RESOLTUION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CUP 10-84 FOR THE CONVERSION OF A TRIPLEX INTO A THREE-UNIT CONDOMINIUM (205 10TH STREET) THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, an application was filed by Charles Antos, 316 10th Street, Seal Beach, California; and WHEREAS, the property is described as that certain parcel of land in the City of Seal Beach, County of Orange, Lot 5 and north ~ Lot 7, in Block 12 of Bay City Tract as per map recorded in Map Book 199, Page 4 in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, and is more commonly known as 205 Tenth Street; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to convert an existing triplex into a three- unit condominium; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the project in substantial compliance with Policy Resolution #1162, concerning conversion of apartments to condominiums with the exception of private storage and number of required smoke detectors; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conversion is compatible with surrounding land uses, the community in general and the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CUP 10-84 subject to the following conditions: 1) Submission of CC&R's to City Attorney forre~ew and approval prior to recordation. 2) Conditional Use Permit approval subject to approval of Parcel Map by Planning Commission and City Council. 3) Compliance with attached Tenant Consideration Plan. 4) Compliance with attached Planned Future Amenity Plan. 5) Compliance with attached Building Department full-house inspection conditions. 6) Creation of private storage for each unit. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on 6th day of June , 1984 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners Goldenberg, Hunt, Perrin Commissioners None Commissioners Covington, Jessner
