RESOLUTION NO. 1110

A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. V-17-77 FOR A
SECOND FLOOR ADDITION WHICH EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM
PERMITTED HEIGHT IN THE R-1 ZONE.
WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Warren Sayers, 4556
Guava, Seal Beach, for Variance, V-17-77; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 144, Tract 6016 and
is more commonly known as 4556 Guava; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to add a second story addition to an
existing single family residence, which exceeds the
maximum permitted height; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was of the opinion that no
hardship was demonstrated by the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does
hereby deny V-17-77.
PASSED AND APPROVED on December 7, 1977 by the following vote:
AYES: Lanning, Knapp, Ripperdan, Cook, Covington
