RESOLUTION NO. 1119
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING VARIANCE V-20-77 FOR A ROOM ADDITION WITH LESS
THAN REQUIRED FRONT YARD SETBACK.

WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Richard anld r~aureen Rinella
124 Stanford Lane, Seal Beach for V-20-77; and
WHEREAS, the property described as Lot 183 Tract 5847 and is more
commonly known as 124 Stanford Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to construct a room :.adalti on, with 1 ess than
the required front yard setback in the R-1 zone; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings regarding
the proposal:
1) There are locations on the property where conforming
room additions may be built
2) There is no hardship to warrant the granting of the
variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
deny V-20";77
PASSED AND APPROVED on December 21, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: Lanning, Knapp, Ripperdan, Cook, Covington
NOES: None.
