RESOLUTION NO. 1126
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING TO CITY COUNCIL A
CHANGE OF ZONE ON THE 3.5 ACRE EDISON TRIANGLE SITE.
WHEREAS, the City's General Plan has recently been amended to change the
uses of the Edison Triangle site from commercial office to
general commercial; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is bounded by Pacific Coast Highway, Marina
Drive and Fifth Street and consists of 3.5 acres of land; and
WHEREAS, in order to comply with State Law which requires zoning to be
consistent with ,the General Plan, the zone of the subject property
should be changed from C-Q to C-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
approve and recommend to City Council a zone change on the subject property.
PASSED AND APPROVED on February 15, 1978, by the following vote:
