HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Res 1128 - 1978-03-15 . . . e e RESOLUTION NO. 1~28 --- A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, CP-3-78, FOR TWO BATHROOM ADDITIONS AND LIVING ROOM ENLARGEMENT IN A NON-CONFORMING DUPLEX IN THE R-3" ZONE; WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Robert Jordan, 1403 Seal Way, Seal Beach for CP-3-78; and WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 7, Block H, Tract 1009 and is more commonly known at 1403 Seal Way; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to add two 3/4 baths" and enlarge ~he living room at the second floor in a non-conforming duplex in the R-3 zone; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposal consistent with Sec. 28-804 of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CP-3-78. PASSED AND APPROVED on March 15, 1978, by the following vote: AYES: Lanning, Cook, Covington NOES: None ABSENT: Knapp, Ripperdan VL 0l~' Chairman
