RESOLUTION NO. 1139 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE V-8-78 FOR A ROOM ADDITION WITH LESS THAN REQUIRED REAR YARD SETBACK. (CROCE) WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Anthony Croce, 3590 Wisteria, Seal Beach, for V-8-78; and WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 6, Tract 6416, and is more commonly known as 3590 Wisteria; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to construct a room addition with less than the required rear yard setback; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings regarding the property: 1. The property is located adjacent to a flood control channel and the addition would not affect any property to the rear. 2. The lot is irregular in shape which restric~s regular rectangular room additions in the rear. . 3. The vari~nce has no adverse affect on the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve V-8-78. PASSED AND APPROVED ON June 7, 1978, by the following vote: AYES: Knapp, Ripperdan, Cook, Covington NOES: None ABSENT: Lanning c~~~~,- ~ ATTEST: ~~ Secretary .
