RESOLUTION NO. 1147 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S SUBDIVISION RODINANCE. WHEREAS, existing City Ordinances do not provide for Public Hearing for all Tentative Tract Maps; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is of the opinion that at least one Public Hearing whould be held on each Tentative Tract Map to allow public notice and public comment on Tentative Maps. NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby recommend to City Council the adoption of the following amendment to be added to the end of Sec. 21-3 of the Subdivision Ordinance: "All Tentative Maps shall require one Public Hearing before the advisory agency. This Public Hearing may be in conjunction with some other duly advertised Public Hearing held on the project. However, if no other Public Hearing is held on the project, a hearing on the Tentative Tract Map shall be held." .
