HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Res 1155 - 1978-08-02 . . . .- e e ".. ~ RESOLUTION NO. 1155 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CP-6-78 FOR THE CONVERSION OF A DUPLEX INTO A TWO UNIT CONDOMINIUM. WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by James R. Watson, 101 Main Street, Suite A, for CP -6-78; and WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 28, Block 105, Bay City Tract and is more commonly known as 228 5th Street; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to convert an existing duplex into a two unit condominium; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the project in substantial compliance with Policy Resolution 1065, concerning the conversion of apartments to condominiums; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conversion is compatible with surrounding uses, the community in general and the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CP-6-78 subject to the following: 1. Provide storage cabinets at the head of each garage. 2. Submit CC & R's to Staff for review and approval prior to recordation. 3. Conditional Use Permit approval subject to approval of Tract Map by Planning Commission and City Council.
