RESOLUTION NO. 1166
.
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING VARIANCE, V-14-78, FOR A FENCE IN EXCESS OF
THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED HEIGHT IN THE FRONT YARD SETBACK.

WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by M. James Warnemuende, 305
Clipper Way, Seal Beach, for Variance V-14-78; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 47, Tract 6346, and is.more
commonly known as 305 Clipper Way; and
WHEREAS, the porposal is for a fence in the front yard setback which
exceeds the maximum permitted height; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings regarding
the application:
1. The fence was constructed without approvals or permits.
2. The Architectural Committee for Bridgeport did not approve
the fence.
3. No hardship has been demonstrated by the applicant to warrant
approving the Variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
deny V-14-78.
PASSED AND APPROVED on September 20, 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: Lanning, Ripperdan, Cook, Covington, Knapp
