RESOLUTION NO. 1186
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING CP-2-79 FOR AN ADDITION TO A GUEST HOUSE
IN THE R/C/P ZONE AT 16 MARINA DRIVE.
WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Miriane Grotemat, 16 Marina
Drive, for CP-2-79; and
WHEREAS, the property is described as Parcel 7, Tract 698, and is more
commonly known as 16 Marina Drive; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is to add 1052 square feet to an existing 345
square foot guest house located over a 7-car garage; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed addition will
make the existing unit conforming by increasing the floor area
to more that 950 square feet, which is minimum floor area for
a residence in this zone; and
WHEREAS, all proposed construction is over an existing building and no
additional lot coverage is proposed; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is consistent with the objectives of the Zoning
Ordinance and General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby
approve CP-2-79.
