RESOLUTION NO. 1194 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CP-6-79 FOR THE CONVERSION OF A DUPLEX INTO A TWO UNIT CONDOMINIUM. WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Richard Miller, 1105 Ocean Avenue, for CP-6-79; and WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 3, Block 11, Bay City Tnact and is more commonly known as 1105 Ocean Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to convert an existing duplex into a two unit condominium; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the project in substantial compliance with Policy Resolution 1162, concerning the conversion of apartments to condominiums; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conversion is compatible with surrounding uses, the community in general and the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CP-6-79 subject to the following: 1. Compliance with Building Department condition in October 10, 1979 letter. 2. Submission of CC & R's to City Attorney for review and approval prior to recordation. 3. Conditional Use Permit approval subject to approval of Tract Map by Planning Commission and City Council. PASSED AND APPROVED on October 17, 1979 , by the following vote: AYES: Knapp, Ripperdan, Leibert, NOES: None VACANCY: One Covington ~o~e~SSion y~ Secretary to the Planning Commission
