RESOLUTION NO. 1202 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CP-3-80, FOR AN ON-SALE BEER AND WINE LICENSE FOR "RESTAURANT KOI" AT 600 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY. . WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Yasushi Tajima Kunio Go and Takao Kozono, 600 Pacific Coast Highway, Seal Beach for CP-3-80; and WHEREAS, the property is located to 600 Pacific Coast Highway in the Bay City Center (Legal description on file); and WHEREAS, the proposal is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow on-sale beer and wine in 'conjunction with a Japanese Restaurant (Sushi Bar) under construction on the lower floor of 600 Pacific Coast Highway and occupying 1529 square feet of area; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings: 1. The restaurant is located more than 300' from the nearest re'ligious or educational facility; 2. The restaurant is within 300' of existing residences; 3. All interested City Departments have offered no objections to the proposed use. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CP-3-80, subject to the f::>liowing conditions: 1. C.U.P. for on-sale beer and wine at 600 Pacific Coast Highway; 2. C.U.P. issued is non-transferrable; 3. C.U.P. is issued for a period of one year; renewal at the end of one year with Commission approval.
