A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MOFFATT & NICHOL FOR PIER
STRUCTURAL SAFETY ASSESSMENT INSPECTION, CIP No.
50235
' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the professional services
agreement between the City of Seal Beach and Moffatt & Nichol
for the Pier Structural Safety Assessment Inspection Report,
CIP No. 50235 ("Agreement').
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the
agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Seal Beach, at a
meeting hereof held on the 13th day of October , 2008 by the following vote:
