A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, CP-II-80, FOR AN ON-SALE BEER AND WINE LICENSE FOR SEAFOOD BROILER RESTAURANT AT 620 PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Seafood Broiler, 620 P.C.H., for CP-II-80; and WHEREAS, the property is located in the Bay City Center at 620 P.C.H.; and WHEREAS, the proposal is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow on-sale beer and wine in conjunction with the Seafood Broiler Restaurant at 620 P.C.H.; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings: 1. The restaurant is located more than 300' fron the nearest religious or educational facility, and approximately 200' from residential property; 2. The proposed use is less intense than the full cocktail lounge previously approved for the site; . 3. No problems are anticipated at this location. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CP-II-80, subject to the fallowing conditions: 1. CUP for on-sale beer and wine at 620 Pacific Coast Highway; 2. CUP issued is non-transferrable; 3. CUP is issued for a period of one year; renewal at the end of one year with Commission approval.
