RESOLUTION NO. 1221 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, CP-1-81, FOR AN ON-SALE BEER AND WINE ONLY LICENSE FOR CHATEAU WISKEY WINE & KITCHEN AT 2938 WESTMINSTER AVENUE WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Chateau Wiskey Wine & Kitchen, 2938 Westminster Avenue, for CP-1-81; and WHEREAS, the property is located in the First Federal Plaza at 2938 Westminster Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposal is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow on-sale beer and wine in conjunction with the Chateau Wiskey Wine & Ki tchen; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings: 1. The building is located more than 300 feet from the nearest religious or educational property; 2. The building has been occupied since 1976 in a compatible manner with surrounding uses; . 3. No problems are anticipated at this location. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CP-1-81, subject to the following conditions: 1. CUP for on-sale beer and wine only at 2938 Westminster Avenue; 2. CUP issued is non-transferable; 3. CUP is issued for a period of one year; renewal at the end of one year with Commission approval.
