RESOLUT I ON NO. 1242 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING V-5-81 WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Henry and Ann Bird, 4789 Hazelnut Avenue for V-5-81; and . WHEREAS, the property is described as lot 145, Tract 5961 and is more commonly known as 4789 Hazelnut Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to construct a six foot high fence in the required front yard setback; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings regarding the application: 1. The proposed fence will not obstruct sight clearance for automobiles exiting the garage on the subject property; 2. The proposed fence holds a greater setback than fences on the two adjacent properties; 3. Special circumstances exist due to the position of fences on adjacent properties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby grant V-5-81. PASSED AND APPROVED on November 4 , 1981, by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Covington, Gilkerson, Leibert, Goldenberg, Jessner NOES: Commissioners None ABSENT: Commissioners None ~~ Secretary to the Planning Commission .
