RESOLUTION NO. 1250 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING TO CITY COUNCIL AN AMEND- MENT TO THE ZONING PROVISIONS DEALING WITH VACANT LAND WHEREAS, the zoning provisions currently do not directly address vacant land use limitations; and WHEREAS, in order to limit the parking of vehicles on vacant land, an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ,that the Planning Commission does hereby recommend to City Council the following amendment to the zoning provisions: 28-310 Vacant Land Limitations No vehicle, motorized or unmotorized, trailer, or boat may be parked, stored or left standing upon any vacant parcel or lot in any zone.
