RESOLUTION NO. 1257 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CUP-1-82 FOR A 12 FOOT BY 60 FOOT OFFICE TRAILER IN THE O-E ZONE (CHEVRON, U.S.A.) WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by Chevron U.S.A., 20031 Golden- west, Huntington Beach, for CUP-1-82; and WHEREAS, the property is described as a portion of the Exxon oil separation site, 99 Marina Drive (legal description on file); and WHEREAS, the proposal is for a conditional use permit to install a 12 foot by 60 foot office trailer on site; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings: 1) The proposed trailer will be used as an office in conjunction with the on-shore facilities for Island Esther. . 2) The trailer will not be used as a residence. 3) The location of the trailer will not affect Marina Park or the proposed Marina Park expansion. 4) The location of the trailer will not obstruct road access to either the Chevron or Exxon facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CUP-1-82 subject to the following conditions: 1) One specific and designated trailer to be used for an office; said trailer to be fully skirted. 2) Approval for a period not to exceed two (2) years. 3) Gravel to be placed under and around trailer and in parking area for dust control to satisfaction of staff. 4) Boxed planters to be installed at each end of trailer and two (2) 25-gallon trees to be placed in vicinity of trailer. All landscaping to be continously maintained to satisfaction of City staff. 5) The existing landscaping and fencing to be maintained for the two-year life of the conditional use permit to the satisfaction of City staff. PASSED AND APPROVED on April 21,1982 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Covington, Gilkerson, Goldenberg, Jessner . NOES: None ABSENT: None
