RESOLUTION NO. 1275 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CUP-7-82 FOR AN ON-SALE BEER AND WINE LICENSE FOR FAMILY AFFAIR RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 115 MAIN STREET WHEREAS, an application was duly filed by John Rappazzini, 1626 Ocean Avenue for CUP-7-82; and WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 13 and 15, Block 8, Bay City Tract and is more commonly known as 115 Main Street; and WHEREAS, the proposal is for a Conditional Use Permit to transfer on-sale beer and wine license in conjunction with the existing Family Affair Restaurant at 115 Main Street; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings: 1. The restaurant is located more than 300 feet from the nearest educational facility; 2. The restaurant is within 300 feet of existing residences and a church; 3. There have been no problems with the existing conditional use permit at this location. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CUP-7-82, subject to the following conditions: 1. CUP for on-sale beer and wine at 115 Main Street; 2. CUP issued is non-transferable; 3. CUP is issued for a period of one year; renewal at the end of one year with Commission approval. PASSED AND APPROVED on vote: December 15 , 1982 by the following AYES: Commissioners Smith, Jessner, Goldenberg, Perrin NOES: Commissioners None ABSENT: Commissioners Covington LY~~ Secretary to Planning Commission
