A); and the Planning Commission makes the following findings: 1. The building will be brought up to code in all safety areas (e1ectrica1t p1umbingt heatingt etc). 2. The proposed additions will comply with all required setbacks. 3. The proposed additions will add 10% to the building area bringing the total area to 1t238 square feet. 4. A portion of the rear roof area will be used as an open roof deck. NOWt THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CUP-1-83. .
