A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING CUP-5-83 FOR THE CONVERSION OF A DUPLEX INTO A TWO-UNIT CONDOMINIUM THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, an application was filed by Michael Lawlor, 1733 Bayou Way for CUP-5-83; and WHEREAS, the property is described as Lot 42, Block 11, Bay City Tract and is more commonly known as 142 11th Street; and WHEREAS, the proposal is to convert an existing duplex into a two-unit condominium; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the project in substantial compliance with Policy Resolution No. 1162, concerning conversion of apartments to condominiums; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed conversion is compatible with surrounding land uses, the community in general and the General Plan. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby approve CUP-5-83 subject to the following conditions: 1) Submission of CC&R's to City Attorney for review and approval prior to recordation. 2) Conditional Use Permit approval subject to approval of Parcel Map by Planning Commission and City Council. 3) Compliance with the attached Tenant Consideration Plan. 4) Compliance with attached Planned Future Amenity Plan. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 18th day of May , 1983 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioner(s) Jessner, Perrin, Smith, Goldenberg None NOES: Commissioner(s) ABSENT: Commissioner(s) Commission e ATTEST: t!'~ a-!ZJ Secretary to Planning Commission
