RESOLUTION NO. 13
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH RE<;:OMMENDING ADOPTION OF THE
ZONING MAP OF THAT AREA KNOWN AS SEAL BEACH
ANNEXATION NO. 64-1.
WHEREAS, in the ma~ter of the requested zoning of that area known as
Seal Beach Annexation No. 64-1, the Planning Commission of the City of
Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by ~ & S Development Company, as applicant.
2. The applicant requests zoning of that area known as Seal Beach
Annexation No. 64-1 which was officially annexed to the City of Seal
Beach on December 31, 1964.
3. The applicant has submitted a map of the subject area indicating the
land uses proposed and the zoning classifications requested.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Applicant's planning of proposed uses is excellent as indicated on
said zoning map and is compatible with existing neighbo~ing land uses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does hereby
approve zoning of the area known as Seal BeachlAnnexation No. 64-1 and
recommends to the City Council the adoption of the map "Zoning Map for
Annexation No.' 64-1" aS,the zoning classification for said area.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27th day of .1a~uary, 1965.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a
regular adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach which was held on January 27, 1965 and carried by the fOllowing vote:
