A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CO~~ISSION OF TUE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION
PR-8-65, CONFECTIONERY STORE AT 907 OCEAN AVE.
WHEREAS, in the matter of request for approval of the establishment of a confectionery
store at 907 Ocean Ave., Seal Beach, Application No. PR-8-65, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by Mr. & Mrs. C. J. Endred, 707 Ocean Ave., Apt. B,
Seal Beach.
2. Subject plans are for the construction and establishment of a confectionery
store at 907 Ocean Ave., Seal Beach (Lot 4, Block 9, Bay City Tract).
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. The proposed use would be a retain operation and is an allowable use in the
C-2 Zone.
2. The required off-street parking is provided.
3. All other conditions required by zoning code are satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review Application No. PR-8-65, construction and
establishment of a confectionery story, as submitted.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of August, 1965.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
August 4, 1965 and carried by the following vote:
