PR-9-65, UNION OIL STATION AT PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY AND BOLSA AVENUE (SEAL BEACH CENTER) WHEREAS, in the matter of request for approval of final development plans for an auto service station on the northeast corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Bolsa Avenue, Seal Beach, Application No. PR-9-65, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by Union Oil Co.~ 461 S. Boylston, Los Angeles, California. 2. Subject plans are for the construction of an auto service station at Pacific Coast Highway and Bolsa Avenue (Seal Beach Center). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. The proposal as indicated on the plan is in substantial conformance with the- requirement of Resolution No. 12 (Use Variance) which called for architectural styling harmonizing with a residential area. 2. The plans are acceptable in all other respects. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does herepy approve Plan Review Application No. PR-9-65, Final Development Plans for Union Oil Co. auto service station at the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Bolsa Avenue. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of August, 1965. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on August 18, 1965 and carried by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners: Commissioners: Commissioners: Boeger, Crowley, Kunkel, Steddom, Twining None None qO\ ~CmJ
