RESOLUTION NO. 50
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE
APPLICATION NO. V-13-65
~~EREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-13-65, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by Stanley J. Miller, 5946 App~an Way, Long Beach
(Tel. No. GE 3-3854)
2. Subject proposal is for construction of a two story commercial building at
913-915 Uectric Avenue with less than the required number of parking spaces.
3. LeRal description of the p~operty is Lots 7 and 8, Block 209, Bay View Tract.
WHEREAS, the Plannin~ Commission findings are as follows:
1. Applicant proposes to construct three retail commercial shops on the ground
floor and a custom sail-making loft on the second floor.
2. Total on-site parking spaces required is eleven (11).
3. Total on-site parking spaces provided per site plan is nine (9).
4. Within 300 foot radius of this site there exists four public off-street
parking areas at the corners ~f ~tain and Electric Avenue and containing 30
parking spaces.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach docs hereby approve Variance No. V-13-65 to allow construction of a two
story commercial building, with three retail shops on the ground floor and a
custom sail-making loft on the second floor, providing 9 off-street parking
spaces.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of November, 1965.

on November 3, 1965 and carried by the following vote:
