PR-5-66, TEMPORARY TRAILER OFFICE FOR STANDARD OIL CO. ON SHORE FACILITY. WHEREAS, in the matter of the request for approval of plans for the use of a trailer as a temporary office at the Standard Oil Co. On-Shore Facility, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by the Standard Oil Co. 2. Subject case is for the installation of a trailer to be used as a temporary office at their Seal Beach On-Shore Facility. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: The plans are acceptable as presented. NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve plan review application No. PR-5-66 subject to the condition that proper landscaping be installed and this variance is for temporary use only and shall not be effective for more than twenty four (24) months from this date.
