RESOLUTION NO. 63
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. V-4-66.
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-4-66, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by Fred A. Johnson, 700 Coastline Drive, Seal Beach.
2. Legal description of property is Lot 150, Tract 1817. The street address is
700 Coastline Drive, Seal Beach.
3. Subject proposal is to build an enclosed patio to the rear lot line.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Rear of property abuts state highway right-of-way.
2. No other residential property would be affected.
3. No vehicle access permitted. Property enclosed by solid block wall.
4. No objections written or oral were received.
5. Sideyard setback requirements would be maintained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Variance Application No. V-4-66 with the conditions
that there be no encroachment into the sideyard requirements and that construction
in progress prior to May 25, 196q..
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 25th day of May, 1966. ~
