CP-2-66 TO CONSTRUCT A MULTI-STORY OFFICE BUILDING IN AN M-l ZONE. WHEREAS, in the matter of Conditional Use Permit Application No. CP-2-66, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by owner, North American A~iation, Inc., 12214 Lakewood Blvd., Downey, California. 2. Subject proposal is for construction of a multi-story administration/office building as part of a planned industrial complex. 3. Subject location is described as a portion of Sections 11 and 12, Township 5 South, Range 12 West, in Lot C-l of the Rancho Los Alamitos. The street address is 2201 Bay Boulevard, Seal Beach. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. This building conforms to the previously approved site plan for the entire industrial complex. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Conditional Use Permit No. CP-2-66. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of June, I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on June 1, 1966, and carried by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners: Commissioners: Commissioners: Boeger, Crowley, Jones, Lanning, Murphy None None ..2;;O/~
