RESOLUTION NO. 70 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CO~~ISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH CLARIFYING THE REQUIREMENT FOR WALLS, FENCES AND SCREEN PLANT,INGS IN YARDS ABUTTING STREETS ON CORNER LOTS AND REVERSE CORNER LOTS. WHEREAS, in the matter of walls, fences and screen plantings in yards abuttinR streets for corner lots snd reverse corner lots, questions have occurred concerning interpretation of present requirements. The PlanninR Commission findinRs are as follows: Full height walls, fences or screon plantings (up to 6 feet in height) should not be placed in any yaid abutting a street in a manner which will result in their location being closer to the street line than the front yard set back line of the adjacent interior lot or the line of the buildinR situated on the corner lot or reversed corner lot, whichever is the least restrictive. Walls, fences and screen plantings up to 42 inches in heiRht should be allowed within the above mentioned yards, eucept that the height restriction is 30 inches at the corner triangle of the lot formed by the street property lines and a line connecting points on the street property lines fifteen (15) feet from the point of intersection of the street property lines.
