NO. V-7-66
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-7-66, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by George Crane, 835 ,Catalina Ave., Seal Beach.
2. Legal description of property is Lot 44, Tra~t No. 1817.

Beach does hereby deny Variance No. V-7-66.
