REVISION OF EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT 201-2-3 MAIN STREET (HILLMER) WHEREAS. in the matter of request for approval of plans to revise the layout of an existing commercial building located at 201-203 Main Street (corner of Main St. and Central Ave.). the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by W. E. Hillmer and Cecile M. Hillmer. 5625 Sorrento Drive. Long Beach. California. 2. Legal description of property is Lots 1 and 3. Block 108. Bay City Tract. 3. Subject case is to divide an existing commercial building in order to change from one commercial use to two commercial uses. Second floor residential use will not change. An existing service building at the rear will be removed. and eight (8) new on-site auto parking spaces will be created. five having access from the alley and three having access from Central Avenue. WHEREAS. the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Proposed changes will improve the local parking situation by addition of eight spaces. 2. The Plans are acceptable as presented. NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review Application No. PR-lO-66. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of October. 1966. the / I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on October 19. 1966. and carried by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners: Commissioners: Commissioners: Boeger.
