RESOLUTION NO. 140 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING A VARIANCE TO PERMIT A BLOCK WALL FENCE SIX FEET IN HEIGHT ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE OF A CORNER LOT AT 500 COASTLINE DRIVE (LEONARD H. MOORE, V-15-67) WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-15-67, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by Leonard H. Moore, 500 Coastline Drive, Seal Beach. Legal description of property is Lot 158 of Tract No. 1817. 2. Subject request is for a Variance to allow construction of a six foot high block wall along the side property line of subject property adjacent to the sidewalk of MarVista Avenu~. This wall to extend to the front line of the house. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. No oral or written protests were received. 2. Rear line of property abuts state highway and no neighboring property is affected by construction of wall. . 3. Vision clearance for traffic will not be affected. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Variance No. V-15-67 as submitted. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 16th day I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on Wednesday, August 16, 1967, and catried by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners: Commissioners: Commissioners: Crowley, Jones, Lanning, Murphy, Boeger None None . .500 ~
