RESOLUTION NO. 207 A RESOLUTION OF TIlE PLANNING GO~~IISSION OF TIlE CITY OF SEAL BEACIl TO APPROVE TIlE NUMBER AND LOCATIONS OF DRIVEWAYS FOR AN AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATION AT FIFTH ST. & P.C.H. WlIEREAS, in the matter of the number and 10cat10n of driveways for the serV1ce station s1te on the southwesterly corner of F1fth Street and Pacific Coast Highway, the Plann1n!l Comm1ss10n of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject request 1n1t1ated by Ralph Jensen, 1104 E. 17th St., Santa Ana, Calif. of Suburbia, Inc. 2. Subject property is described as the east 0.6 acres of Lot 67, Tentative Tract 6345 on the southwesterly corner of Fifth Strcet and Pac1f1c Coast Highway, Seal Beach. 3. Subject property is zoned C-2 General Commercial. 4. Subject request is to permit two driveway entrances on Fifth Street and two entrances on Pac1fic Coast Highway for the service station site. One entrance on each street to be jointly used by the adJacent parcel. WlIEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. The eX1stin!l traff1c pattern requ1res two curb cuts per street for the serv1ce station s1te. 2. Preliminary approval had been g1ven earlter by the Planning Comm1ssion and the City Council with the1r consent to the subdivision of th1s land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commiss10n of the C1ty of Seal Beach does hereby approve two curb cuts per street for a proposed service station site at the southwesterly corner of Fifth Street and Pac1fic Coast Highway.
