SubJect property is owned by Suburbla Inc. of Santa Ana, Californla . 2. SubJect property lS located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Fifth Street, Marina Drlve and Electric Avenue. 3. Subject property is described as tentative Tract 6346 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findlngs are as follows: 1. Prior approval for two uses had been given by the Plannlng Commission and Clty Council. . 2. This divls10n of land does not create substand~rd lots. 3. This division of land is needed to develop th,S property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commisslon of the City of Seal Beach, Callfornia, aoes hereby approve the tentative parcel map for tentative Tract 6346 to divide the land into two separate parcels.
