A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TIm CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PIl.-4-68 AN ADDITION
TO AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING (DULANEY)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review PR-4-68, the Planning Commission of the City
of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject request initiated by J. D. Dulaney & Associates, Inc., 4105 E. Broadway,
Long Beach, Calif.
2. Subject property is the Rossmoor Professional Building, located at 13820 Bay
Boulevard, Seal Beach.
3. Subject request is for approval of a 950 sq. ft. addition to said building.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findinRs are as follows:
1. Subject request will not adversely affect the General Plan.
2. Additional parkinR is being provided at a ratio of one off-street parking
space per 200 square feet of floor area.
3. Said addition Is in accord with the existing high quality structures in the
vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannin~ Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-4-68 for an addition to an existing
commercial building as presented.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 15th day of May, 1968.
