RESOLUTION NO. 232
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TilE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW NO. PR-7-68 FOR
THREE UNIT APARTMENT AT 142 TENTH ST. (SHARON)
WlIEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review No. PR-7-68, the Planning Commission of the
City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject request initiated by M. A. Sharon, 209 E. Burnett St., Long Beach.
2. Subject property is located at 142 Tenth St., Seal Beach, and is legally
described as Lot 42, Block 10, Bay City Tract.
3. Applicant requests Plan Review for a three unit apartment building upon
R-3 zoned land.
WlIEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Subject request is in conformance to the General Plan.
2. TIle entries for each unit, while on an interior side yard, setback over five
feet from the property line and the width of each entry is six feet thus
providing sufficient room for movement of furniture.
3. This apartment building conforms to all sections of the Zoning Code.
NOW, T1IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan REview NO. PR-7-68.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of July, 1968.
